My Approach
I offer a direct, patient, and compassionate approach while striving to create an environment where you will feel safe, affirmed, and included. My therapeutic perspective is trauma-informed, systemically rooted, and emotionally based.
Together, we will explore and incorporate elements of your past into your present with hopes of developing a deeper understanding of how you wish to begin again in the future. I aim to develop a relationship with all clients where you feel safe enough to explore and supported enough to take risks as we move through the work together.

I know schedules can be tricky and I offer a flexible schedule. I currently have appointments throughout the day both virtually and in-person.
When I am not in office, I enjoy spending time with my friends in Denver, visiting my family in California, and exploring new restaurants with my partner. I can spend hours puzzling, baking on the weekends, and listening to Taylor Swift of repeat.
I also work part-time at Denver Family Institute as their Clinic Operations Specialist. In this role, I offer support and training to developing therapists on all things documentation related,
